“odd rock formations!”
Travelers passing through the Mill Bluff State Park area are intrigued by the unusual, tall bluffs rising abruptly from the flat plain.Straddling the Monroe-Juneau county line near Camp Douglas, Wisconsin, Mill Bluff State Park offers popular swimming, camping, hiking, or relaxing opportunities.
Short little hike to the top of a bluff where you get a view of the other rock formations and can read a little about why they are there. We stopped here for a picnic lunch before climbing up and it was a nice place to stretch your legs out.
It's a nice looking state park but the camping sucks , a train goes by fast very 30 minutes blaring the horn and there are no showers . All for the great price of 32 bucks if you are from out of state . I have not checked out the park itself yet I'm sure that it's clean and nice but I really hope I get some sleep tonight.
